As a roofing contractor, we install both new roofs and re-roofs. We do an assessment of your current roof, and offer recommendations on not only it, but other related issues, such as downspout drainage problems, factors that may cause premature roof decay, siding and trim problems, and other issues. We install all brands of shingles, as well as standing-seam metal roofs, and offer a full two-year limited warranty (most companies offer only a one year warranty).
As the oldest entity within the company, Artistic Flooring became a subsidiary of Dominion Home Builders in 2005. In business since 1991, Artistic Flooring is a residential and commercial tile and hardwood installation company with over 20 years of flooring excellence in commercial businesses and upper-end homes, providing top of the line design, craftsmanship and quality.
Other Services
We also provide other valuable services, such as Seller Inspection Resolution, for property owners who are trying to sell their property and need to meet buyers’ demands that result from the pre-sale inspection. Some of these demands are satisfied by making repairs, and some, as a result of our expert analysis, are simply eliminated, resulting in a considerable savings to our customers.
Another valuable service we offer is Home Maintenance Consultation. Much like a good mechanic will do for your vehicle, we determine potential problems on your property and help you with either providing good preventative maintenance or planning for future maintenance projects.
As services that cover multiple specialties, we also provide building and remodeling services, such as Room Additions and Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling. In these services, we act as General Contractor for your project, helping you with the entire project, including designing and product choices.
